Türkoğlu Demircilik İnşaat Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti was established in Izmir in 1996. Since 1996, with its wide range of services, successful management that has carried it to the present, strong capital structure, and a quarter-century journey, it has become a group company.

The main lines of business of the group company:
Construction, Ironworks, Light Steel, Automotive, Hygienic Ventilation, Helicopter Fan, Building Elements, and Sheet Metal Processing Center.

If we look at the details of these business lines;

IRONWORKS: Special machine manufacturing, welded manufacturing, large and small livestock farms, boiler rooms, and hangar works are completed in our facilities and assembled on site.

LIGHT STEEL: The production of all types of residential buildings—single-story and up to eight floors, local administration buildings, health centers, hospitals, schools, lodgings, fire stations, social facilities, cafeterias, in short, all types of housing you can think of—are completed in our factory facilities. The assembly part is done by teams provided by you.

HELICOPTER FAN: Used in factory facilities, large and small livestock farms, social facilities, mosques, meeting halls, and cafeterias. The helicopter fan provides quiet operation, and its speed can be adjusted manually with a reducer. It protects machines, items, and materials from humidity, helps remove bad odors, and is much more economical in terms of cost, application, and maintenance compared to existing cooling systems. Blade sizes are 3-4-5-6 meters.

HYGIENIC VENTILATION: HEPA filter boxes, fan filter units, door transfer grilles, fiber holding grilles, supply and exhaust boxes, pass boxes, manometer panels, and laminar flow units are used in operating rooms and areas requiring hygienic conditions. Cutting, folding, and bending of these products are carried out in our factory. (Material quality is determined by mutual agreement.)

AUTOMOTIVE: Diesel or gasoline engines continue to be increasingly used today. Every vehicle requires vacuum pumps. Vacuum pumps are essential parts to enhance brake performance, control actuators, and generate the necessary vacuum for exhaust gas recirculation. The production of vacuum pumps is carried out domestically in our facilities. (Compatible vehicles are listed in the appendix of our presentation file below.)

CONSTRUCTION: Prefabricated concrete, factory constructions, boiler rooms, hangars, small and large livestock farms, mushroom production facilities, field concretes, and similar works are carried out by our construction teams.

SHEET METAL PROCESSING CENTER: With our laser, punch, press brake, and guillotine lines, cutting, folding, and bending processes are carried out for hundreds of sectors such as electrical-electronics, hygienic ventilation, prefabricated, light steel, agriculture, construction, food, automotive, and many others. (Material quality is determined by mutual agreement.)

BUILDING ELEMENTS: We supply materials for all business lines serving the construction, prefabricated, light steel, and building sectors (Hekimboard, Gypsum Board, Boardex, Construction iron, Pressed panel, Coil sheet, Flat sheet, Pipe, Profile, and similar products.)

In the 15,000 m² TÜRKOĞLU production facility located in Kemalpaşa, İzmir, everything from raw material entry to dispatch is under electronic control.
